Some have asked about switching disciplines during the race. Absolutely. This is a freestyle race so all are welcome to classic or skate at any point in the race. Last year several entrants chose to switch styles to make use of the tracks being faster and also to switch muscle groups for a bit. So, bring your classic skis and maybe the rock skis and make use of the Toko Wax Tech on hand who will wax up one pair of your skis while you ski on the other pair ( a free service provided by Toko).
